Why is the Rapture Debate Important?
There is no question that those who are saved will be raptured regardless of their rapture-timing opinions. So what is the big deal? Why should we argue about this issue? If rapture timing opinions aren’t necessary for salvation, why is this the hottest issue in the Church?
Watch this brief video for a clear explanation of why this debate is so important to each and every Christian.”
I commented: “Another good post Nelson. Personally, I don’t expect a pre-trib rapture, and as I’ve written in my books – I think the Great Apostasy will come when hundreds of millions of Christians who expected to be raptured away to safety before tribulation feel betrayed when they do have to face the horrors of the tribulation. How many will keep loving God like Job did when life seems like hell on Earth? As you explained, preparing these millions to be ready for the possibility of facing these trials is crucial evangelism.”
Please explain how the pre-wrath believers escape the death that is shown in seal 2,3,4, and 5.
One fourth die in the 4th seal. Who knows how many die in the 2nd, when people kills each other. Then throw in famines and pestilences with no cures. And then of course the 5th seal when those who have a testimony for Christ are killed. And think all of this is the wrath of satan. So how many Christians will survive to see the rapture in 6-7th seal time frame?
And part 2, why is God announcing the rapture with Rev. 6 when the sign is given of a great earthquake, sun moon go dark and stars fall?
When no or very few Christians will be alive to see the sign to know it is coming?
